Happy 2014 everybody! Hope you all had a good Xmas.
We spent some wonderful time at Port Hughes with friends.
We walked along the jetty and saw many people catching Crabs.
And as a result Spirit has been nudging me to share this story of life and wisdom.

Naked Crabs
At the seashore, every pool and puddle left by the retreating tide seems to have a crab in it. Little ones scuttle sideways, squeezing under rocks, peering from a patch of seaweed, occasionally venturing out to nibble on unwary human toes.
On the beach, shells of crabs’ lie washed up by waves. Some are from crabs that died. Others are simply discarded; a dwelling too small for it’s growing occupant. That’s how crabs grow bigger – when their shells get too tight, they split the shell open and they grow a new one. Continue reading
Archangel Michael
Archangel Michael wears a suit of armour and holds a sword and a shield. 
This uniform symbolises and reflects his ability to provide protection, inner-strength to combat negativity such as stress, isolation, anger, anxiety, conflict, depression, disease and fear. Plus courage to stand our ground, heal and move forward.
Archangel Michael additionally knows the intimate details of your Divine life purpose, which we are all born with.
His name actually means ‘He who is like God’.
In fact when you call upon him and ask for his assistance you are working with the right hand of the Creator, God, Grace, the Universe, Great Mystery, Higher Wisdom.
When you call upon him he will be there because he has the ability to be unlimited!

Hi fellow Spiritual like-minded souls, I have been working on my life’s purpose through a journey of health and healing. Recently I had an eye operation, which hopefully will correct some blurred vision I have been challenged by for the last 12 months. Like many health issues it has been a wake up call, an opportunity to fulfil and change some areas of my life. Acceptance is not always a easy lesson!
When all is well you can accept that.
When things, experiences and people challenge you on whatever level that may be, that may create some dis-cord, dis-harmony, dis-ease in your life.
What is important is how you react to those challenges.
Perhaps it’s taking a few deep breaths, counting to ten, centre-ing yourself, releasing judgements and expectations that will help find your inner balance which assist with em-powering you and not dis-empowering you.
